Terms & Conditions


  1. Customers are required to pay a 50{9f7d4a77c549e3d75858fe7146baad4836ab17a7224d95b1fc923463b45c4e53} NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the date of ordering all bridal gowns, flower girl dresses and accessories to generate the production of the chosen item.
  2. No goods may be removed from the premises until full payment of the order has been paid in full.
  3. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the dress is delivered to the store. Payment needs to be sent via BACS as instructed on the invoice.
  4. Customers should retain their receipts as proof of purchase, and be sure to have read this TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOTICE and fully understand its requirements.
  5. Customers are asked to settle any balance due before any alterations are carried out.
  6. All sale goods are Sold As Seen and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  7. Monies are not refundable or transferable to other orders. Once goods are ordered you have no rights if you simply change your mind (Sale of Goods Act 1979).
  8. For reasons of hygiene ALL ACCESSORIES – (tiaras, hair slides, earrings) – including shoes, which have been removed from the premises, once paid for, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  9. Rush orders: If your wedding date is sooner than the time we typically need to have your dress delivered, we will need to consult with the designer and place a “rush” order for an additional fee. Details of rush order delivery will be outlined in your contract and explained by your bridal consultant.



  1. Customers who cancel their sales contract are NOT entitled to a refund of ANY monies already paid and the remaining balance will need to be paid. Dress orders will still have to be paid in FULL if the wedding is cancelled for whatever reason, costs will still be incurred to the suppliers and to EB Bridal Ltd.
  2. In the event of a customer avoiding contact when the balance is due, the card the deposit was paid on will be charged the outstanding amount plus storage costs and the goods will remain with EB Bridal Ltd until the customer collects. If the goods are not collected within 3 months they become the property of EB Bridal Ltd.


  1. Gowns are ordered in standard sizes. Please be aware that gown sizes are different to that of the high street sizes. Sizes are specific to each stocklist.
  2. Measurements will be taken at the time of ordering and will be agreed by the custome.
  3. Any fluctuation in body size or shape is the full responsibility of the customer and EB Bridal Ltd will NOT be held responsible for a dress not fitting if the customer’s measurements have increased/decreased since ordering.
  4. The price of garments EXCLUDES all costs in respect of alterations or fitting work.
  5. EB Bridal Ltd offers a fitting and alterations service by referral to an independent seamstress. Dress alterations will be carried out by an experienced and competent specialist. Payment for any alterations are paid directly to the seamstress.
  6. EB Bridal Ltd are not liable for any damages, alterations or disputes with the seamstress.
  7. Customers are asked to settle any balance due on the gowns before any alterations
  8. It is not policy to take in gowns by any more than two dress size (maximum 2”) as this could adversely affect the style and look of the gown. It is at the customers risk if more than this is required to be taken in.


  1. As the goods are bespoke to each customer, the customer is required to inspect the goods before leaving the premises, once the customer has left the premises it is deemed the goods have been accepted.
  2. We request that goods are collected within 14 days of notification that they are ready
  3. If the customer fails to collect the goods 3 months after notification of their arrival, these goods will be returned to stock for re-sale, all monies paid will be forfeited.
  4. If you wish for EB Bridal Ltd to store your dress/dresses until the wedding or a time when you are happy to collect there is a one off fee of £25 to cover the insurance of the goods.


  1. All goods are covered by EB Bridal Ltd insurance whilst on the premises, once the goods leave, EB Bridal Ltd are no longer responsible, and alternative arrangements should be made to cover the goods.


  1. Sample Sale wedding dresses are gowns that have been tried on in our store, which means they are not brand new. All sample sale gowns may need minor to extensive repairs and alterations depending on the sample sale gown condition and size.
  2. All sample sale gowns are a FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable after purchase.
  3. Sample Sale Gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase and taken on the same day. This payment is non refundable or transferable at a later date, or in the event of cancellation of the wedding.
  4. When purchasing a Sample Sale gown online you are confirming that you have checked your measurements against the designer size chart of your chosen gown and are happy to go ahead with the sample size that you have selected on your order. The Sample gown will not be ordered in a new size.


EB Bridal Ltd will NOT be liable for any breaches caused by circumstances outside EB Bridal Ltd control, including acts of war, riot, terrorism, malicious damage, fire, flood or storm, COVID and diease.


EB Bridal has such terms to protect its business regardless of your circumstances.
